❌ Non-Refundable Items and Services
Please note the following important exclusions:
Services Already Delivered: Once a service or any part of a service has been completed or delivered, the value of that completed service is non-refundable. This aligns with your obligation to pay for services received.
Administrative and Transaction Costs: A portion of any payment is allocated to non-refundable administrative and transaction costs (such as payment processing fees, initial consultation costs, or setup charges). These costs are incurred immediately upon processing and are therefore not eligible for a refund, even if the rest of the service is cancelled. The specific amount or percentage of non-refundable administrative costs will be clearly communicated before purchase, where applicable.
⏳ How to Request a Refund

Assessment: We will review your request in line with this policy and UK consumer law. We may ask for further information or evidence.
Processing: If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 3-5 calendar days of the approval date. The refunded amount will be the original payment less any non-refundable administrative costs and the value of any delivered services.
